How to use:
Put Sushi rice into the inner case & push it firmly. Then, make a shallow channel along in the middle by using rice paddle
Place the filled case into the outer case
Fill the channel with your favourite fillings such as carrot, egg, seafood, etc.
Cover the fillings with another layer of sushi rice till the top of the case. Bear in mind that the case must be fully filled with sushi rice
Put the cover onto the case and then push it firmly
Remove the cover; place a Seaweed Nori Sheet on the table; hold the case as shown in the picture and gently push the ‘Sushi Roll’ out from the case.
Gently add a little bit water to the edge of the Seaweed Nori Sheet, then turn over the sushi rice roll with the Seaweed Sheet and gently push them to stick together. After that, cut off the balance Seaweed sheet (if any) and wait for about 10 minutes before slicing
